The Engagement Strategy Manager will be responsible for campaign management for live and on demand medical education programs across multiple healthcare provider channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, excel at written communication, and have a passion for program marketing. Previous experience ideally within the healthcare industry is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own all communication for learner outreach for online education brands. Manage email calendar schedule with multiple programs running in tandem
  • Manage campaigns to goal and execute the external and internal marketing outreach plans from program start to finish
  • Own campaign budgets, working with external partners and tracking spend accordingly
  • Orchestrate digital content strategies across multiple online platforms including email, content sharing, digital advertising, and social
  • A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective tactics
  • Tracking, analysis, and reporting of current marketing campaigns with recommendations for improvement
  • Create strategic campaigns to grow the existing database and increase active users
