PlatformQ Health’s sales teams work directly with pharmaceutical and biotech companies and partners to garner support of innovative peer to peer online educational programs and digital HCP engagement campaigns. In addition, the teams work with industry patient and advocacy teams to drive grant and sponsorship support of interactive online patient-caregiver disease state-oriented education and engagement campaigns, often produced in collaboration with leading advocacy groups.

Due to unprecedent demand and growth our online solutions, we are looking for an individual to work with sales and company leadership to effectively and efficiently support all elements of the sales process. The position would report into EVP of Healthcare Sales and Business Development

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Experienced professional with 3+ years of working in sales, sales operation or support type role. Digital acumen, healthcare experience as well as experience working with pharmaceutical and biotech companies a plus, but not required.
  • The role primary responsibility is to operationally support new business and sales related activities across PlatformQ Health’s Education and Digital Solutions HCP and patient digital content enablement platforms. These activities include but not limited to, sales pipeline hygene-analysis, direct sales pitch/proposal development support, including utilization and development of systems and processes to better facilitate new sales & rebooking process, program post reporting support and support of related B2B lead generation meetings/events/activities.
  • Self-starter, creative and solutions-oriented individual who enjoys working in high paced environment focused on sales, creating customer success and innovation. This person would have experience in working with sales systems such as SalesForce, proficient in proposal, excel and powerpoint applications.
  • Sales and operationally minded individual to actively and productively work with sales and sales leadership, including CEO and CFO, to effectively support sales growth of our online business, offer ideas to improve current offerings, systems/processes and platforms and support all aspects of revenue growth & retention.
