Only a person who has been through it can really understand. Patients want to hear from their peers directly too, so in addition to expert providers, our panels include patients, caregivers, and advocacy partners who work directly with the affected communities.
It’s important to make sure all patients can be heard. Since not every patient can join us in a studio, we also pre-record “vignettes” with additional experts-by-experience, and feature them throughout programs.

Our education is designed to increase the learner’s capacity to obtain, process, and understand basic health information and services needed to make the most appropriate health decisions. Materials are designed with consideration given to the level of health literacy of patients and caregivers. Clear, concise, and familiar language is used throughout our education to ensure that the content is accessible and actionable for all.
Learning Formats to Meet Your Needs
We adjust the format of the education to meet the needs and goals for every program we create. Educational formats include:
- Long-form education
- 10-15 minute short-sessions
- Professionally produced in studio
- Remote, “VideoBridge” programs
- Relaxed “couch session” supplements
Interactive & Engaging
Our panel allows us to include and leverage interactive tools designed to keep learners engaged from start to finish.
Participants submit questions to the panel before a session even begins, allowing the session to be further customized to participant’s needs.
During live sessions, patients can:
- Send questions to panelists in real time
- Respond to polls with other learners
- Download additional resources (financial and mental health resources, lifestyle tips, etc) and slide presentations
- Send questions, thoughts and responses directly to presenters
Each point of engagement is measurable, so we can learn what works for patients, and make increasingly effective education.
Reaching the Right Person
We use an omnichannel approach to invite patients, caregivers, and people who love them to programming. Each outreach strategy is customized with the program’s goals in mind with our advocacy partners and in-house team of specialists, to ensure that programs find the right participants, and the right participants engage with as much program content as possible.
