A pathway to improved quality of care and a shorter time to diagnosis
Over the past year, PlatformQ Health and the National Organization for Rare Disorders partnered on an initiative to produce a multitude of rare disease digital education. Through this initiative, PlatformQ Health and NORD developed an extensive rare disease partner network to create a wide range of education covering 29 different rare diseases, conditions and topics. Together, we grew our rare disease education library immensely, with 5,500 hours of education across 43 digital sessions to ultimately improve patient experience, health outcomes and clinical practice.
