The Account Manager is pivotal in bringing our promotional programs to the market swiftly and in a compliant manner. The position requires regular communication with brand managers and medical and legal teams at leading pharmaceutical companies. You will be responsible for the overall strategy of the implementation, working directly with the client to ensure programs are delivered with operational excellence. A successful candidate will be proficient in project management, have exceptional attention to detail, and be able to communicate effectively both internally and externally.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead key project operational elements from client onboarding, legal regulatory approval, production, execution, and reporting across PQ Health promotional programs.
• Serve as client-facing point of contact for external stakeholders and clients.
• Develop and maintain project/program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track and report project/program metrics and deliverables.
• Work with PQ Health’s production team to make sure that all aspects of the promotional program are complete, free from error, and in compliance with client regulatory/legal requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of program deliverables and execution elements.
• Includes up to 10% travel time to attend in-studio broadcasts.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a project management or client service capacity in the healthcare space
• Healthcare agency experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regularly shifting goals and deadlines
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team that owns multiple projects that involve various internal and external partners
