PlatformQ Health produces digital health education programs to patients and providers across a range of therapeutic areas. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, the Audience Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in growing our customer base of healthcare providers, patients and caregivers and increasing brand awareness across multiple therapeutic areas (some of our key therapeutic areas include neurology, oncology, and rare diseases). This person will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and engage new audiences through various marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and creative professional with a strong understanding of audience acquisition and digital marketing.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute audience acquisition strategies to grow our database of potential learners
  • Identify target audiences and create customer personas to guide marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with audience engagement, marketing communications and sales teams to create and implement campaigns that effectively reach and engage target audiences
  • Work with with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message across all touchpoints
  • Conduct market research to understand audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences
  • Utilize various marketing channels such as email, social media, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing to attract and acquire new audiences
  • Analyze audience data and engagement metrics to track the success of audience acquisition efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities for audience growth
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and marketing tactics for audience acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in audience acquisition/engagement or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully attracting and growing target audiences in the healthcare space, with a focus on clinicians
  • Strong understanding of market research and audience segmentation
  • Experience with various marketing channels and tools, such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems
  • Proficient in data analysis and using data to inform marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a strong eye for detail
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
