The Program Manager will be responsible for the daily management and implementation of high-quality online educational programming designed for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of online educational programming developed for health care providers, coordinating across internal and external teams
- Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines for designated planned activities
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of program faculty and speakers
- Work with PQ Health’s production team to make sure that all aspects of the virtual education environment are complete, free from error, and in compliance with accreditation and institutional requirements
- Work with PQ Health’s marketing team to ensure that activity-specific marketing materials adhere to internal, partner and accreditation specifications
- Lead postmortem meetings to provide insights into program challenges and successes
- Prepare and distribute routine CME participant reports and other required program documentation to accreditation partners
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience, preferable in a project management capacity in the healthcare space
- Ability to work as part of a team that owns multiple projects that involve various internal and external partners
- Adaptable to a dynamic environment with frequently changing goals and deadlines
- Proactively identify challenges and develop solutions
