The Senior Account Supervisor is key to ensuring our promotional programs are brought to market in an efficient and compliant way. The position requires regular communication with brand managers and medical and legal teams at leading pharmaceutical companies. You will be responsible for the overall strategy of the implementation, working directly with the client to ensure programs are delivered with operational excellence. The Senior Account Supervisor will manage an internal team to seamlessly implement live, video-based education programs for healthcare providers. A successful candidate will be proficient in project management, have exceptional attention to detail, have experience managing a team, and be able to communicate effectively both internally and externally.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead key project operational elements from client onboarding, legal regulatory approval, production, execution, and reporting across PQ Health promotional programs.
• Serve as client-facing point of contact for external stakeholders and clients.
• Develop and maintain project/program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track and report project/program metrics and deliverables.
• Manage an internal implementation team to ensure program deliverables are met.
• Work with PQ Health’s production team to make sure that all aspects of the promotional program are complete, free from error, and in compliance with client regulatory/legal requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of program deliverables and execution elements.
• Includes up to 10% travel time to attend in-studio broadcasts.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of professional experience, preferably in a project management or client service capacity in the healthcare space
• Healthcare agency experience preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regularly shifting goals and deadlines
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team that owns multiple projects that involve various internal and external partners
