We work with HCP member organizations, centers of excellence, patient advocacy groups, media and publishing sites, accrediting organizations, health systems, leading clinician experts and real people affected by diseases – patients and care partners – to leverage each group’s unique strengths. We collaboratively design education that helps clinicians understand diseases and communicate with patients more effectively.
